AEG Financial is a full service, non-traditional “Investment Banking” firm. We aim to understand our clients needs and goals, then specifically tailor solutions with positive end result impact.

Although our background and experience typically involves “financing” issues, in-fact, in many instances, problem-solving does not involve money in order to resolve.

We do specialize in the “aviation” industry, since our affiliated companies and their resources, are so intimately involved in these markets. However, our 30-years plus experience is born from Wall Street, world-class banking sources, and the resourcefulness that comes from knowledge gained, contacts made, plus the advantages of also possessing an entrepreneurial spirit. Besides “banking”, in addition, we have a unique background encompassing several other varied financial sectors, including:

Certified Financial Planners (CFP)
Real Estate (USA – Florida Licensed Real Estate Brokerage)
Mortgage Lenders and Brokers (USA – Florida Licensed)

TYPICAL PROCESS & PROCEDURES

1. We start with an “Initial Discussion and Conversation”

2. Followed by an “Application” form which captures necessary background information

3. We may request additional “Supporting Documents”, Business & Marketing Plans

4. All to culminate with a “Letter-of-Intent” (LOI)

5. Followed by a formal: “Contract Agreement”
